Jason Schultz 

Sales Representative

Jason Schultz was born in Edmonton and raised in a small farming community in Saskatchewan. After graduating from university with an Economics degree he moved to Toronto to start a career in real estate where he meet Elvis has been working with him ever since.

With this experience Jason has learned how to get maximum exposure to insure you top dollar for your property.  We do this through print media, the internet, word of mouth… basically anything and everything to sell your property in a timely manner.

We keep our buyers ahead of the crowd by always being on top of real estate market trends and educating our clients in every possible scenario.  Our extensive experience ensures that buying or selling a home is stress free and professional transaction.  We feel that if you are either buying or selling, it should always be a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

When Jason is not working with buyers and sellers you can find him at the park with his dogs, playing hockey or enjoying a nice evening out with his partner.

Born and raised in Etobicoke. I can honestly say that I love our area.  Every time I venture away, I end up coming back! I guess Etobicoke’s simply in my blood as I love everything about it and I plan on being here for good! I think this is one of the main reasons I love my professions so much. Helping clients find their dream home whether it be in the form of a beautiful house or a chic condo, it’s simply gratifying to introduce new neighbors to “my hood”.

With my 18 years of experience as a licensed contractor, clients appreciate my eye for value. What may appear to be a less desirable property could in essence delivery a dream home if you look beyond the current state and look towards its potential.  I share this knowledge with my clients so they can visualize what a particular property could be be. Aside from my love of real estate and renovation you can find me actively participating in my community! Nothing gives me more pleasure than giving back. I also enjoy bike riding along our amazing Lakefront and spending time with my family! All of which …..as you may have guessed….live in Etobicoke!
